Along the way, you'll pass through Ifrane, often referred to as the "Moroccan Switzerland" due to its charming Alpine-style architecture, and Azrou, a renowned Berber town. As the journey continues, you’ll marvel at the beauty of the Ziz Valley and its gorges, passing through towns like Midelt and Erfoud, known as the gateway to the Sahara. From Erfoud, we’ll take an off-road track leading to the enchanting dunes of Merzouga. The day concludes with an overnight stay in a cozy hotel at the edge of the desert, preparing you for the adventures ahead.

Day 2: Immersing in the Merzouga Desert
The second day is dedicated to discovering the breathtaking beauty of the Eastern Sahara. We’ll begin by exploring the desert in a 4x4, venturing through remote nomadic villages, verdant oases, and the majestic dunes of Erg Chebbi. Along the way, we’ll stop at the famed village of Khamlia, home to the Gnawa people, descendants of African slaves. Here, you’ll experience their mesmerizing traditional folk music, a cultural highlight of the region. As the day winds down, we’ll return to the hotel to prepare for a truly unforgettable experience. From there, we’ll ride camels into the heart of the dunes, reaching a Berber camp where you’ll enjoy a traditional dinner and spend the night under a star-studded sky in the tranquility of the desert.

Day 3: Rissani – Ziz Valley – Middle Atlas – Fez
The final day begins with a breathtaking sunrise over the dunes, a magical moment to capture the desert’s beauty. Afterward, we’ll ride camels back to the hotel for breakfast and a refreshing shower. Our journey back to Fez will take us through Tafilalt and Rissani, the birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty and the former capital of its sultans. Continuing through the Ziz Valley, we’ll pass through the picturesque Middle Atlas region, stopping at Azrou National Park to visit the famous Monkey Forest, where you can observe and even interact with the friendly Barbary macaques. Passing through Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco,” we’ll conclude the journey with your arrival in Fez, where you’ll be transferred to your hotel, marking the end of our services.
