Tour Plan :

  • Day 1: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga

    Your guide will meet you at your hotel in the morning to begin your journey towards Merzouga. The adventure starts with a drive through Ifrane, known as “the Switzerland of Morocco,” and continues into the forests of Azrou, home to towering cedar trees and playful wild monkeys. Take some time to capture memorable photos amidst this natural beauty. Next, we stop in Midelt for a relaxing lunch before resuming our route towards the Saharan desert of Merzouga. Passing through Erfoud, the gateway to the desert, and Rissani, we finally arrive at the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. Here, you will trade your vehicle for a camel and begin an enchanting trek across the golden dunes, experiencing the profound silence and serenity of the desert. At the end of the day, arrive at a traditional Berber camp, where you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night under the stars in a nomadic-style tent.

  • Day 2: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Middle Atlas – Fez

    Begin your day with an early wake-up to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the towering dunes of the Sahara Desert—a truly unforgettable experience. After enjoying a traditional breakfast, return to Merzouga by camel, where you can freshen up at your hotel before starting the journey back to Fez. The drive takes you through the scenic Ziz Valley, with its lush palm groves and stunning landscapes, and continues through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Along the way, stop in Midelt for a break and explore the charming towns of Azrou and Ifrane, renowned for their unique beauty and serene atmosphere. Arrive in Fez by late afternoon, marking the end of your unforgettable desert adventure.
